If your children want an earlier tea then we are happy to organise this with you upon your arrival, equally if you have any special catering needs for your children we will do our best to accommodate this. It is far easier if we know in advance so please complete a special request online as for special dietary requirements above. Adult meal times are from 7.30pm to 8.00pm with pre-dinner canapes served approximately half an hour before. What time are meals? Breakfast in your chalet or hotel is available from 08.00. Afternoon tea is available on your return from the slopes. Adult evening meal times are for canapés to be served at 19.00 with dinner being served around 19.30. Do you provide towels? Yes we do. Every guest is provided with two towels for the week, one hand towel and one bath towel plus guests in our Premier chalets receive a mid week towel change and bath sheets. Do you provide towel and linen changes? Premier chalet guests receive one free towel change during the week. Any guest may order towel and/or linen changes at any time during their stay for a small charge. This can be pre-ordered online once you have made your booking. Can I upgrade to Premier Toiletries? Of course. Any guest may upgrade their toiletries to Premier Toiletries for a small charge. Once you have booked simply log in to your booking and Click the Book Extra Touches button (just underneath the facility to book Ski Passes and Equipment). Do you provide hair dryers? Unfortunately we no longer supply hairdryers. Experience has proven that guests have a habit of walking off with them! However there are ample power sockets so we recommend that you bring your own appliance (and a european adaptor plug). At what ages do children qualify for a discount? We apply a child discount of 12% to children 12 years and under. A child can only benefit from one discount, e.g. where a group discount is bigger than the child discount the group discount will apply. What do you charge for an infant in a cot sharing a parent's room? The infant rate is £95 as long as they share the room of an adult and that room is at full occupancy. Otherwise the child rate will apply. What methods of payment do you accept? We accept Credit or Debit cards on line, and you can also pay by cheque or bank transfer. We levy a small charge for Credit Card transactions, Debit card transactions are free of charge. Please note that where you pay by bank transfer or cheque the booking reference of your holiday must be clearly stated so that the payment can be correctly allocated. Should a cheque or bank transfer payment not have a correct booking reference in full it will not be allocated against your holiday. If you subsequently request us to trace the payment, an administration charge of £30 plus any charges levied by the bank will be made. We strongly suggest using our online payment system as banks have a habit of not quoting reference numbers even when you have asked them to. Do you organise equiment hire? Yes. We provide very high quality service and equipment through our chosen partners. You can organise your equipment hire through us and receive up to a 40% discount (depending upon the shop) as long as you place your order 48 hours in advance of your holiday. We can arrange equipment hire in the resort, however the advance-booking discount will not apply. How do I buy my Ski Pass? You can order your ski pass on-line up to 48 hours before you depart, in which case your ski pass will be waiting for you in your accomodation upon your arrival. You can also purchase your ski pass when you arrive in resort and again you can do this on-line from the comfort of your chalet. Should you elect to wait until you arrive in resort, your ski pass will be delivered to you by 9.30am the following day. Again we strongly recommend booking in advance. There is no substitute to the lack of stress created by having your ski pass in your hand when you arrive. Is it cheaper to buy my Ski Pass in the resort? No. The contract with the lift companies (STV and STVI) prevents us or anybody else from offering lift passes at a discount. The lift pass will therefore cost you exactly the same if you buy it from us or from the resort lift office. If you see another company offering lift passes at a discount they are doing so illegally and it is quite likely that the lift company will cancel their contract and as a result you may not receive your lift pass. I need to change a name on my booking Changes to your booking can be made on-line. Please log in to your booking summary and find the holiday under Booked Holidays. You can change any name completely free of charge up to one week before you depart, provided you do this change online. If you ask us to make the change for you there will be a charge of £30. Please note that within one week of departure there is an amendment charge of £30 for changes and if you ask us to undertake the change for you the charge is £60. Can I cancel part of a group booking? Any part of a booking may be cancelled but cancellation charges will apply as per our terms and conditions. The effect of cancelling part of a group booking will be to remove any group discount that was applied from the remainder of the booking, plus the cancellation charges associated with the cancelled part of the booking. This can be quite expensive. Is your wine really unlimited? Yes. The only limitation we apply is that you can't take it home with you!!!! Whilst you are in the chalet you can drink as much wine as you like. Please note that this only applies to chalets, wine in our Hotels is charged for. I'm a beer drinker. Can I order some beer? Yes. Since we run Category IV bars in all of our resorts we are able to supply beer completely legally. This can only be done for clients who pre-order which can be done online up to 48 hours before you depart. Please note that the "Honesty Bars" run by some companies are completely illegal and Ski Power Ltd will not put your holiday at risk in this fashion. This can be pre-ordered online once you have made your booking. Once you have booked simply log in to your booking and Click the Book Extra Touches button (just underneath the facility to book Ski Passes and Equipment) Mountain lunches are really expensive can you supply packed lunches? Yes. You can pre-order packed lunches, which are freshly prepared each morning and ready for you in your chalet when you depart for the slopes. You can also order this facility in resort, however it is slightly more expensive (its cheaper for us if we can plan how many lunches are required). This can be pre-ordered online once you have made your booking. Once you have booked simply log in to your booking and Click the Book Extra Touches button (just underneath the facility to book Ski Passes and Equipment) What about my kids, can you supply mountain snacks for them? Once you have booked simply log in to your booking and Click the Book Extra Touches button (just underneath the facility to book Ski Passes and Equipment) We have a birthday/celebration can we order Champagne? Yes. You can order as many bottles as you like. Again through our Category IV licences we can supply pre- ordered alcohol completely legally. You do need to pre-order as to supply directly in the chalet would contravene the local licensing laws. This can be pre-ordered online once you have made your booking.
